HotelMetric is a Torresi & Associati initiative dedicated to scientific controlling for the hospitality industry.
Thirty years of hotel-focused experience
Torresi & Associati has worked for over thirty years in economic-financial advisory and corporate governance, supporting organisations with high operational complexity. Over time we have built a vertical specialisation in the hotel and hospitality sector, where traditional balance-sheet analysis rarely captures the real profitability dynamics.
HotelMetric was born from this field experience: a structured methodology combining international hotel controlling frameworks (USALI — Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) with executive dashboards, predictive analytics and AI-driven process automation.
USALI Stamp License — granted by HFTP
Torresi & Associati S.r.l. is an official Licensee of the USALI system (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, 12th edition) recognised by Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP), headquartered in the United States.
The license authorises the use of the USALI schema in reports, training materials and advisory services delivered to Italian 4-5 star hotels — including the SaaS platform Hospitality Metric.

We help independent hotels, family-run properties and small chains achieve three things PMS systems and ordinary bookkeeping rarely deliver:
- Build adequate administrative setups compliant with art. 2086 of the Italian Civil Code: departmental margin tracking and functioning financial early-warning systems.
